Greenridge Global was founded in June 2012 with the aim of providing a range of institutional sell-side services to small cap and Asian-based companies who have been abandoned by traditional broker-dealers.  Greenridge’s growing team has a rich history of working in buyside, sell-side and investment banking capacities in the US and Asia, enabling it to have a broad network of investors and industry partners.  We look forward to providing a high level of value added service to our corporate and investor clients around the world.

Bill has spent over 20 years working as an industry agnostic investment banker and equity analyst covering securities listed and based in Asia and North America prior to founding Greenridge Global in 2012.  Bill serves as Director of Research and President, overseeing operations at Greenridge.  Previous work includes investment banking and conducting buyside and sell-side research at Capstone Investments, Garwood Securities, and Mont Blanc Capital.  Bill is a CFA charterholder, and has obtained a BS in Finance and MBA from Marquette University.

Mona has nearly 10 years of professional experience in both the corporate and financial services sectors in China and the United States. Mona serves as an Investment Associate, overseeing Greenridge's Asian operations and providing research support. Previous work includes serving in Business Development and Investor Relations roles at Astr Partners, Goby Global, and Guangdong Ruigu Biotechnology. Mona is fluent in Mandarin and English, has a Bachelor's in International Business from Liaoning University of International Business and Economics, and a MBA in finance from the University of Indiana.
